In this rapid changing society we live in, we are all trying to figure out what to do next and how to keep up.  This feeling is compounded by small businesses.  Small business owners have to think ahead of the curve.  We are also responsible for the income of our employees.  With the additional burden of government regulations, smaller profit margins and lack of a clear direction in the economy.  How are small business owners doing it?

We have two people with us today who haved owned small businesses for many years.  They are successful men who open up and explain to us the challenges they face, what they look for in new employees and what government could be doing to help out.
